Platform Operator
Wazefli is operated by Kaloush Trading, a registered business in Lebanon under Commercial Registration No. 3916246 (registered legal establishment: خالد حسن قالوش). Wazefli is the brand name of the job platform available at wazefli.com (the "Platform"). In these Terms, "Wazefli", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Kaloush Trading as the operator of the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wazefli, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which form an agreement between you and Kaloush Trading as the operator of Wazefli. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, post fraudulent job listings, submit false applications, harass other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (such as CVs and profile information). By uploading content, you grant Kaloush Trading, as the operator of Wazefli, a license to use it solely for operating the Platform and connecting job seekers with employers.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings (Edit Profile → Security) or by emailing [email protected]; see our Account & Data Deletion page for what is deleted and what is retained.

Wazefli is provided "as is". Kaloush Trading, as the operator of Wazefli, is not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers or the accuracy of job listings posted by third parties.
